How to make Iced Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cold Foam Latte

An Iced Brown Sugar Cinnamon Cold Foam Latte combines the rich sweetness of brown sugar with a hint of warm cinnamon, layered over cool, bold coffee. Topped with smooth, airy cold foam, it offers a refreshing and indulgent experience in every sip.

  

Ingredients:

For the espresso, we recommend using our Renaissance beans. The beans Ethiopian base brings a distinctive sweetness that will enhance the caramel notes in the sweet foam.

3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 

2 tbsp Milk 

1 tsp Brown Sugar

Ice

Cinnamon


Instructions:

COLD FOAM

Combine the 3 tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 tbsp. Milk and 1 tsp Brown Sugar.  Whip as in the video.

ICED LATTE

Prepare coffee as usual, add ice to a glass and pour milk over the ice and the then pour the coffee over the ice.  Add the cold foam on top and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon.
